I feel I have come to a full stop with sorting stuff out for Dad. 
Finance LPA was registered with bank late last year and his Local Authority pension scheme, State pension notified he is in a care home, Council Tax has been stopped for his house, broadband cancelled.
Still LPAs to register with utilities and address changes to do, four months into Dad now being in care (delayed doing these due to Dad’s temporary dislike of the care home and an idea he wanted to leave and return home - he is now settled and contented in residential care).
Also need to look into his life insurance policies/funeral costs and Will/potential property issues, not to mention (possible) renting of his house to his granddaughter & friends to help fund his care.
I have literally run out of mental energy and motivation to do this stuff, aside from the fact that looking after my own flat and my Dad’s house and garden all by myself, going to aqua therapy classes for my own health and visiting Dad in the home has drained my physical energy.
Any tips to help and motivate would be appreciated. I try to take regular breaks but this doesn’t seem to be enough (5+ years of doing this non-stop probably hasn’t helped).
You know that ‘one-click does it all’ online thing that notifies various agencies when someone dies? Someone needs to set up a similar thing for when people are still alive - just saying!
