Hi all,
Have tried to contact the carers allowance unit to confirm with them a change of bank details already reported online. Just an automated message saying " this service is not available and we do not expect it to resume today, please call again on thd next work8ng day".
Is this usual? I have not had to contact them for a good while and although waiting times are l9ng have usually been able to get through.
